Security & Fraud Awareness
Guidance for identifying and reporting suspicious communications claiming to involve JBK Caan.
Use official channels
Legitimate communications should come from the jbkcaan.com domain or be verifiable through contact details published on this website. Similar-looking domains, messaging applications and social-media accounts should not be assumed authentic.
What we will never request
JBK Caan will never ask for a password, private key, wallet seed phrase or remote access to your device. We will not require payment to obtain employment, secure an interview, release funds or gain access to an investment through an unsolicited message.
Investment approaches
Do not transfer money or digital assets based solely on a website, social-media message or unsolicited call. Any legitimate investment process would require appropriate identity checks, documentation, eligibility assessment and verified payment instructions.
Recruitment fraud
Fraudsters may offer roles, request equipment payments or seek personal documents. Verify recruitment communications through careers@jbkcaan.com before providing information or taking action.
Payment instruction changes
Treat any change to bank or wallet details as high risk. Confirm instructions using an independently verified contact and a second communication channel.
Reporting
Send suspicious communications, domains or documents to security@jbkcaan.com. Do not forward malware or expose additional personal information. Consider reporting fraud to your bank, platform provider and relevant authorities.
Immediate action
If you believe you have sent funds or disclosed credentials, contact your bank, custodian, wallet provider or exchange immediately, change affected credentials and preserve records of the communication.
